My name is Pastor Mike, and I serve at Redemption Rock in South Chatham, Massachusetts. Whether you’re a year-round resident, a seasonal visitor, or simply curious about God, I’m glad you’re here.
Life can be wonderful, but it can also be difficult. Many people carry burdens that others never see. Some are searching for purpose. Others are looking for peace, forgiveness, hope, or a fresh start. The good news is that God sees you, knows you, and loves you.
The Bible tells us that all of us have sinned and fallen short of God’s perfect standard. Yet God did not leave us separated from Him. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins and rise again so that we could be forgiven and reconciled to God.
Jesus said:
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
— John 14:6
The freedom we celebrate as Americans is a wonderful gift. But there is an even greater freedom available through Jesus Christ: freedom from guilt, freedom from condemnation, freedom from the power of sin, and freedom to know God personally.
The Bible says:
“If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”
— John 8:36
If you have never surrendered your life to Jesus, you can do that today. Turn from your sin, place your trust in Christ alone, and ask Him to save you. He promises to receive all who come to Him in faith.
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
— Romans 10:13
